This stay exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect. The staff was always available to answer all of our requests. Ali at the reception was very nice towards us, and he even upgraded our stay to a suite because we had a little baby. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I'll be back another time for sure.

We were upgraded to a superior room, a lovely surprise. The food was amazing and the staff were ever so helpful and kind. A really beautiful few days away in the sun and we felt, so at ease and comfortable in our surroundings.

We went to the Traviata restaurant inside of the Adam Park Hotel - the hotel staff were lovely, the hotel is gorgeous & the food in the restaurant is spectacular - we will definitely be coming back, and would highly recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights before and after a motorcycle tour around Morocco. Lovely modern hotel with a centre courtyard pool. We had a comfortable king bed in a room with a courtyard view. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. We particularly liked Rahid in the Traviata restaurant, a very friendly and efficient young man. He certainly represents his employer well.

Stay here for a week, and to say this place is amazing. The building is modern, clean, and exceptionally run. My review is not about the building is about the staff, they made our stay unforgettable, from the greeting you get from the most friendly courteous front line staff as you enter the hotel, onto the reception staff, the hotel relations, the porters, the security, the hospitality, the cleaning staff. 10/10 and that is still not enough. The manager mr wissal , treats you like a family member rather than a customer, nothing is to much trouble, a true gentlemen. We as a family have travelled around the world, but without doubt the best experience we have ever had was at Adam Park, 110% we will be staying again.

we stayed there twice: 2 first nights in morroco and 2 last nights in morroco. first we stayed in the old section of the hotel where the rooms have to be renovated. the second time we stayed in the new section where the room is excellent. i don't know why there is no coffee set in the room.

Brought my husband to Morocco for the first time and we stayed here, they upgraded our room for free because it was his birthday and I’d organised a cake and fresh fruit with rose petals upon arrival. Beautiful country and wonderful hotel. A tad frustrating that only 1 restaurant was open on our stay so the food was quite repetitive but breakfast was top quality!

I have to admit that after reading some reviews here, we had concerns about staying here. There was no need to worry! Staff were great, food was good, rooms were spacious and clean. The manager event went out of his way to help us at the police station (they spoke almost no English), after my wife's purse was stolen in town. We don't currently plan to go back to Morocco, but if we do, we would want to stay here again. Among the few concerns: the weather was warm, but the pool was too cold for swimming. Also (and we found this at all the other hotels as well), the dinner buffet does not include anything to drink, not even water. Breakfast has a full selection of beverages included, but you pay for anything to drink at dinner.

I stayed here as part of a group at either end of our tour. On first sight the hotel appeared good and the rooms were spacious. However the bathrooms could do with a good scrub. The pool area was nice enough and was cleaned regularly.Breakfast was adequate, although the 'hot' food was lukewarm, mainly due to the fact that the burners under the food trays were not turned on. However you could get an omelette made to order. Some staff were friendly, others, especially the desk staff were very aloof. There is a return shuttle service to the Medina but it did not leave at the advertised time. Also I waited for 45 minutes for the return trip and the vehicle never turned up.In summary, the hotel was fine to stay in but attention to details like staff attitudes, cleaning and breakfast would help improve things a lot. I think they were resting on their laurels of being a big hotel with lots of tour groups passing through.

A generally nice hotel, somewhat impersonal room decoration, some secondary cleaness issues for a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless the room was spacious and the bed quite confortable. Nice lobby and adequate breakfast and dinner buffet.

This hotel has lovely rooms, most with large and relaxing patios. The food was nothing special, but adequate. Pool area is very nice with comfortable chairs. It's about a 20-minute cab ride away from the main souks and palace in Marrakesh. There is a large grocery store a 10-minute walk away.

We checked in and assigned a room across from the pool. We were surprised how big the rooms were. They were huge. The shower and toilet are in two separate room which is good. Then we went for supper and there was a buffet style meal with so many choices. Also after supper was the dessert bar where you had a tougher time trying to decide what dessert to pick.

It was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very huge.I like that the toilet is separated from the shower. The meal at supper was delicious. I was at the point if I ever ate another goat I would have became a vegetarian. Lol. They had a great assortment of food and I had pasta for the meal. There was a large amount of desserts to choose from as well.

This hotel is very nice. It's only about a 15 minute drive to the airport. Also, there are some cute shops in the lobby. One shop has shoes and other items which are of better quality that you'd get in the medina but slightly higher priced. The other shop sells oil/soap/perfume. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the room service also.

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the old Medina, a nice hotel with great facilities. The rooms are spacious,, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and good food. The only complaint was providing only one 30 ml bottle of water for a 3 day stay!

My wife and I along with another couple, visited here with a tour group, Looks splendid on entry, but there is more here than the eye can see. The staff are rude, with an exception of a few, a particular supervisor is condescending and overall not what you would expect from a hotel that is supposed to cater to guests and mainly tourists. We almost felt as though they preferred we were not there. The rooms are average, lighting is good, showers are handheld otherwise you will flood the floor, as there are no glass separators or shower curtains. Of the three days, we did not receive housekeeping on the third. Nice Hamam spa and priced well. Massage was okay, with almost zero communication on where to go or when she was done, it was almost as though I should know. Certainly would not be my first or even second or third choice, were I to visit again.

We stayed at the Adam Park at the beginning and end of our week away in Morocco and in two entirely different rooms. Our first room was large with a good size shower and bathroom area. It was in what I would call the basement area with a window view to a small courtyard. It was quiet with good air con and had a good sized, comfortable bed. It had a safe, a TV but no tea or coffee making. At the end of the week we had a suite, fantastic room (two rooms to be exact), one sitting area and one bedroom. It had two bathrooms and was very big. It also had a kitchenette area with microwave, tea / coffee and bathrobes and slippers - great room and again in what I would call the basement area but with a patio seating area in a well presented garden area. The hotel is very clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There are a cew small shops by the reception area and a couple of restaurants. There is an outside swimming pool and inside gym area but we spent our time in the hotel spa which we found to be very good and reasonably priced. Our evening meals were had int he main restaurant, buffet style which was very good with good choices. The only down side was the breakfast - limited variety and in a small room with birds flying around and landing on plates. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the city centre (don't pay more than 50 MAD each way) - we walked which took about 30 - 40 minutes.Overall a nice hotel that we would stay in again, if you can, book a suite as they are very comfortable.

Operates very efficiently . Handles high volume of guests.Room size was large. Corridor was long, therefore could encounter unusually long walk to the rooms.Room condition and bathroom showed considerable wear and tear. No Kleenex or slippers provided.Prices were reasonable for wine and beverages in both the dining room and the bar.Food quality for both breakfast and dinner buffet were just fair, very limited selection. All hot items were lukewarm at best and lack flavour.Servers were nice and tries hard to be accommodating. It’s an okay hotel to stop over for a day or two.

Stopped at this hotel with as it was close to the Ironman 70.3 finish at the Carting Circuit.Rooms large with fridge and safe, however the AC didn’t cool ( in any of the 3 rooms ) so had to keep the window open. Pool area and pool are very good, however you are right under the airport flight path so it is noisy when the planes are taking off. Breakfast absolutely appalling, there is a sign saying don’t remove food, we had to take our own in as it’s that poor , also birds fly in and eat from the bread buffet and uncleared tables. The staff need to be pressed into doing anything, they are polite enough but do not deliver 5* service. pool bar is not well stocked, ran out of wine and cold glasses even though the place was very quite. Bar prices are very high and the staff will close the bar early if you let them get away with it. All in all it’s just about satisfactory.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. This is a huge hotel and would recommend staying. They have a large breakfast buffet in the mornings. Our tour arranged our hotels and this was much better than the hotel we had stayed in the previous night in Casablanca. I would stay here again.
